Name your top five super-hero cartoon voices!

    5. Frank Welker as Darkseid...there was always something REALLY creepy about that whispery voice.
    4. Ted Knight as the Joker...still prefer him to Mark Hamill.
    3. Bob Holt as the Hulk (1982) No one else has EVER gotten it right. Still the definitive Hulk voice...his roars were incredible.
    2. Dan Gilvezan as Spider-Man...just the right amount of youthful cockiness. Perfect.
    1. Peter Cullen as Optimus Prime...I don't think any other character is so closely associated with a particular voice.

So true! Amazing when you consider how many voices he'd done over the years.

I'd add Ed Asner as Granny Goodness. He could probably play her in the live action film too.

          5. Mark Hamill as the Joker
          4. Arleen Sorkin as Harley Quinn
          3. Kevin Conroy as Batman
          2. Frank Welker as Megatron
          1. Chris Latta as both Cobra Commander and Starscream. He was so iconic.

an honorable mention goes to Dan Gilvezan who was the voice of Bumblebee and Spider-man. He's still my favorite Spidey voice. He's also a really nice guy. I met him in Toronto at a TF Con. I also got to hear him say the F word as Bumblebee which was hilarious.

                Cool topic!

Mark Hamill as The Joker (BM:tas)
                Frank Welker as Darkseid (Superpowers)
                Alan Oppenheimer as Man-At-Arms (MOTU)
Christopher Collins as Starscream (TF) and Cobra Commander (Gi Joe)
Adam West as Batman (The New Ad. of Batman)

gotta add that Oppenheimer voiced Skeletor as well.

Noticed that the voice of Starscream has goes by TWO names.

I have to go with Kevin Conroy as Batman, he's been the definitive voice for the character for me.
                    Tim Daly as Superman.

That's true. He seemed to have an alias as Chris Latta. Sounds like he had some issues which is sad. He was very talented.

Some interesting tidbits in his bio. I like that he was inducted into the Transformers hall of fame. Heres one of his routines if anyones interested.
