Best Theatrically released Superhero Movies for Kids

I chose these films because I have kids under 10 and I teach fourth grade.
These movies I find appropriate and the kids are entertained.

for 10 and unders: In order of release

    Batman (1966)
Superman III (one is too slow for today's little kids, 2 is too much lois lane love and a little scary)
Supergirl (my girls love this but for teh general pop it would not make the list)
    Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles
Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: The Movie
    Batman and Robin
    Steel
    The Incredibles
    Fantastic Four
    Underdog

Though many of these movies are D U M B kids don't care as much about plot sense and believeable dialogue. They want to see colorful heroes in action.

15 more for tweens and teens:

    Superman II
    Batman 89
    Fantastic Four
    The Mask
    Batman Forever
    X-Men
    X2
    Spider-Man
    Spider-Man 2
    Incredible Hulk
    Iron Man 2
    Thor
    Captain America: TFA
    Avengers
    Amazing Spider-man

Growing up my two favorites were Batman and Robin and Mighty Morphin Power Rangers the movie! also watched TMNT, Bolt was a good Disney one like the Incredibles.

When I used to work after school care, I brought the '66 Batman movie to school one day and my class loved it! After that it was "Did you bring the Batman movie today?" Too funny!

Yes, I can see I believe that it's magic

I have to go with The Incredibles just because I feel it was meant just for kids. Of course, alot of adults liked it to.

Regarding the Incredibles: They had to wrangle with DC licensing for the film; I assume that's why Disney did not milk a follow-up cartoon or sequel.
