My Super Friends article in Back Issue #61

From the shameless plug department, I'd like to let my fellow Megoheads know that this week's Back Issue magazine features an article by yours truly on the Super Friends tabloid comic. In fact, Back Issue #61's theme is Tabloids and Treasuries, and the issue itself is in the classic treasury size!

Every tabloid comic produced by DC and Marvel is covered, and it has a kick-arse cover by Alex Ross, riffing on Mike Grell's classic LOSH tabloid cover.

^Yeah, it's good to see Ross' painting the DC heroes again. I doubt we'll see much of his work on DC stuff proper, so it's a nice treat to see it here. It's a wraparound cover to boot!

Back Issue is really my monthly (well, 8 times a year) connection to comics nowadays. I've been a subscriber for many years, even before I pitched my first story. Michael Eury does a great job of keeping the themes and article subjects interesting, month to month.
