What about a dark green rubber insulated suit covered with conductors in patterns that would replicate the lightning on his suit. My concept mask sketch below..make the arcs yellow/white and it would work!

I assumed they would do something like they did in the Spectacular Spider-man cartoon where he is just made of electricity. I like your idea better.

Yeah, Electro's iconic mask is not going tp fly in the big screen, it would look silly, not all comic books costumes translate well to the silver screen.

Interesting. That looks like an existing statue with Jamie's face superimposed. It would be cool to see him in his classic threads. But I don't have faith in Sony or Webb to honor the comics since they botched the Lizard so bad. Great idea though!

Yes, Lizard was definaty a giant turd with a corn chunk in it. Bad disappointment. I just have a feeling when they say Jamie Fox we'll have a black dude with lighting bolts shaved in his head with a yellow lone ranger mask and a dark green leather jacket. I don't know why I keep picturing that

I'm sorry, having that Electro comic book costume in a movie will have movie audiences laughing their arses off...those big arse cloth bolts on his mask works in print, but will not work on the silver screen.

Now, if you have CGI bolts that make a similar shape, then I could see that working...but not as the actual mask material, that would just look silly.
