Arsenic Lullaby graphic novel in Full Color.

    ...at least that's the goal.

As some of you may already know, Arsenic Lullaby is an indy comic that's been around for the better part of 10 years, Previews magazine called it's author "The king of dark humor"

Doug has given kickstarter a shot for this release in the hopes of drumming up enough interest and orders to print this book in full color. Now, the kickstarter seems to be doing alright at the moment, but I think a lot of that is due to the fact that retailers have jumped on board. Still looking for new readers to spread the word.

There are a few preview images on the kickstarter page to help give the uninitiated a feel for what to expect, you can also head over to www.arseniclullabies.com and see some of the older works as well.....that being said, try not to let his often assy personality in the blog posts turn you off to a quality comic.

Personally, I really enjoy Arsenic Lullaby and I hope he can get this full color run done and into my grubby hands, but I also understand very well that this book is NOT for everyone.

So, if you would, please consider checking out the Kickstarter campaign and possibly backing it. If you think you'll like it, you will be pleasantly surprised by just how much you will.

Thanks! I think Arsenic Lullaby is great - I have a couple of the trades. I'll check out the campaign.

Cool! This is one of those books that I think more people would be into if they knew that it existed.
Lord knows I wouldn't have ever known about it or given it a chance if I hadn't been the oddball who bought close to everything from artist alley at the motorcity comic con for a few years.
.... Oddly enough I always passed on mouseguard in the early years, really missed the boat on that one.
