I just finished watching the season one recap tonight, which was nice. I missed quite a few episodes last season, so now I'm all caught up! Smart move by the studio. Now I can jump right in and stay with Season two.Comment

The Year One recap was great. I watched all of season one as it was happening week in and week out. Recap refreshed my memory and really broke everything down so that like MIB41 stated you can just jump right in on Season 2 and not miss a beat. Excellent job by WB. Wish they would have done stuff like this for Smallville when it was on.Comment

Nice ending with Oliver deciding to change his name and image. This is getting good! It has to make you wonder if he won't update his look a little and add a full-on mask. Either way, this should be fun to watch. Great kick off to the season.Comment

^^^That could be just the reason he'd use it, to throw people off. I seem to remember reading ( I think it was in Final Crisis or Identity Crisis - some Crisis ) Ollie talking about the crazy costumes that heroes wear and it being a way to throw people off from realizing their secret identities.

I really enjoyed the first season of Arrow even though I'm completely apathetic to the Green Arrow character, I don't think I own a single Green Arrow comic. This was a great start to the new season, though it could be confusing for people just jumping on. I like that they have started the "no killing" mantra. I had a problem with that in the first season (he's not the police or a jury). I also like how they are getting rid of the "The Hood" nick-name.
If I remember correctly, he disobeyed orders to be somewhere else when he went into the tunnel to shut down the 1st earthquake machine.
