I would get either the Target version (bonus disk) or Wal-Mart's version (100 page comic).
Amazon actually compares the different versions (how many disks, what bonus features are included, etc).sigpic

The 90 minute bonus disc is actually a pretty decent documentary... it focuses on each of the Marvel Studios movies in turn and how they all lead in to The Avengers.PUNY HUMANS!Comment

Picked up the Blu-Ray/DVD combo at Wal-Mart. I picked up the version minus the comic. The comic gift set is only $3 higher, but I also picked up The Dark Knight Returns animated DVD, so I thought I'd rein it in a bit.
Wal-Mart had the DVD, Blu-Ray/DVD, DVD/Blu-Ray (yes, there is a difference. The packaging is DVD-sized), 3D Blu-Ray/Blu-Ray/DVD, and the Blu-Ray/DVD gift set with comic. I mean, how confusing does this stuff have to get?!?

I've been busy; first bought the Wal-Mart exclusive with the comic, the 4-disk version, then headed over to Target to get the bonus disk one. And I agree with Earth2Chris, it's very confusing which is why I bought them all.To them compare at least.
