I personally like The Big, Bad , Mean, Green , not so all there in the head & totally P_SSED off at the World Hulk. Bowens Statue Captured him perfectly for me.

The flat headed Kirby version. Loved the fact that he was a founding Avenger. Too bad he didn't stick around for a bit.

Overall I have a great deal of fondness for this guy...


In terms of the comic book and my own enjoyment...

PAD's "Smart Hulk" or "The Professor" or whatever they are refering to him as these days.

- Sal Buscema's 70s Hulk run

That's it....after that there were too many personalities thrown into the mix (Smart, Grey, Red, Rick Jones, John Byrne...lol).

I like my Hulk simple....Hulk get mad, Hulk smash, Hulk leaps away from persuing government authorities to find temporary solice in the southwest desert. Cycle begins anew.

Oh and one I really disliked was the Herb Trimpe (rhymes with "shrimpy") Hulk...I just didn't dig his artwork.

same here - of comic versions
but i have to add that even in that incarnation - i don't like any 90s or newer hulk

even though the tv show had little to do with the comic , it is actually my favorite
