And yes Terry...I do plan to open it, take it out, hold it, and read it like a little kid. I will eventually re-submit it to be graded again, but I want my hands on that thing.

As a big Spidey fan myself I can totally appreciate what a cool pick up that is. I actually see these fairly regualry at the comic shows I go to bu they are all graded so I've never asked about a price. Anything graded or even in really nice shape tends to be priced too rich for my blood.
