The Kirby pages are in the stratosphere...but I love the fact that the Daredevil page from number 16 with Spidey is in ANOTHER DIMENSION. Romita finally getting some kudos. It is also a killer page. Some interesting stuff in the auction. I'll have to keep an eye on it. Thanks for posting the link.

Side note...notice how the silver age art is just so clean. It looks as though the artist an inkers were on the same page when it came to what they were trying to tell with the images. Not a lot of "excess" in the art. Maybe some of the newer artists should take a lesson or 2 and go back and look at how things used to be done.

Wow, that Ditko Spidey page is KA-RAY-ZEE! $50K! Also, I have to wonder why that gorgeous SCHAFFENBERGER Robin splash is attributed to NEWTON? Regardless, amazing auction of original art. Thanks for posting the link!
