I was referring to the look they chose for her in this movie, which is very close to Sarah Douglas's Ursa look (very short hair, clad in black), rather than the overall less severe look Faora traditionally had in the comics.

But they obviously figured Faora's comic look just wasn't mean enough for the movie.

Faora is definitely channeling the Ursa look. Thought that from the first shot I saw of her.

Actually, Ursa was channeling the Faora look. Faora came first in the comic, so Ursa was originally created for the movie (she was based on Faora). However, due to her popularity, Ursa was made cannon in the comics too.

I give Snyder amazing credit on this one, when you compare her to other photos. Snyder makes her look so good, she could have been Wonder Woman.

Actually, I think the statement made by the female soldier in the clip would probably echo the thoughts of a million other women on planet Earth if someone like Superman, who, aside from being tall, dark and handsome, is also noble, honest, bulletproof and can fly, actually became a public figure. Women worldwide would likely become a drooling mass of Superman worshippers!

Meanwhile... I haven't seen the Kryptonian FEMALE villain in MOS, but I believe there IS one.

If she exists, like Supes old-school-flicks Ursa, she'd probably kill you for saying she's hot..... but she'd still have a worldwide fanclub of drooling guys anyways.

"Super-powered" plus "decent looking" equals "people throwing themselves at ya", good OR evil... that's just life
