lol. I finally saw this movie recently (I hardly ever go to the theater)

It seemed kinda mixed evenly on its good and bad points. I thought the origin was over complicated but I liked the additional time with Uncle Ben. In the fights scenes hes fighting more and more like what you would expect and want from Spiderman. It was...amazing
I did not like The Lizards design though. I thought it was cheap CGI. It bothered me the entire movie.
Its a good reboot though, I dont think its quite as good as the first film however but much better than the third.

How's Garfield feeling with his director already out for the sequel and Sony on the verge of bankruptcy because this film didn't bail them out?



Amazing was a good film and I like Garfield as the principle here. But history will show they should have kept their cash cow with Raimi and Maguire. When their worst installment buries the new one in returns, that pretty much sums up. Tobey has nothing to be ashamed of. And until someone trumps his box office results, I think it's fair to say he remains the Spider-man most relate with. Money talks.

I have a feeling ASM may do what Batman Begins did, and that is gathering a lot of momentum on DVD and TV airings. Begins didn't do break-out numbers either.

First of all MIB41...it's just a joke man, chill. No need for such a long response. And 2nd, box office numbers don't mean anything to me...Garfield was a much better Peter Parker/Spiderman...IMO.

I agree with your first post (and the box office comment)...I also prefer Garfield over Maguire a hundred times.

Having said that...I don't think MIB41 was out of line at all...his response was in fact pretty darn funny too, lol.
