Glad this is just a fan made trailer. This movie needs to move on from the past, a lesson learned from Returns. You must try to generate happiness within yourself. If you aren't happy in one place, chances are you won't be happy anyplace. -Ernie BanksComment

Yes this is nice but it doesn't belong, I wish people would just move on and leave it alone......and I'm so Glad they will use something new....Comment

The Marlon Brando voiceover is getting old, too.You must try to generate happiness within yourself. If you aren't happy in one place, chances are you won't be happy anyplace. -Ernie BanksComment

that gave me goosebumps. in my opinion, they should never do a Superman movie without that theme music. we could do without the Brando voiceover thoughComment

You know I LOVE Williams' Superman theme music, that, and the Star Wars one, are the two greatest ever.
Having said that, the new Supes film should not feature it, that classic belongs ONLY to the Chris Reeve's films, and no one else's...I don't think Superman Returns should've used it, felt out of place to me.
That's the whole point of a reboot, be different.
They should follow Batman's lead...each version should have its own theme, Superman should be no exception.
That was a great fan made video though, I enjoyed it.Last edited by Hector; Jul 26, '12, 5:54 PM.sigpicComment

It is Fun Art,nothing wrong with you posting it. the problem lies with people always putting that theme on everything Superman. it belongs to Christopher Reeve,as does George Reeves tv intro and Kirk Alyn's theme...every Superman (except singer's version) has had their own theme as they should....that one in particular is iconic and has no place in someone else's work.....Comment

well Supermans Returns was a lovefest for the Chris Reeves movie, which is why they kept the music.
but i still think the Williams Superman theme has a place in any and every Superman movie. at least for the opening creditsComment
