Newsprint or glossy? Photo or drawn ads?

Which do you like better in a comic book? I prefer the old-school style: Newsprint w/ drawn ads.

What's your preference? Or do you have one?

I never really thought about it to much,but if I had to pick it would definitely be the old school style as well

I like the new glossy, but the old ones were good for getting prints off using Silly Putty

The newsprint is okay. But it doesn't hold up as well as the newer comics do.

The quality of comics has gotten almost 1000 times better with glossy paper and better tracing - I mean, inking - and coloring and printing.

Give me glossy!

art work definately...especially as you'd see the same old photos (in film/tv related products)again and again. And print deffo print.

If I could get a comic for 35 Cents again I would say newsprint but I loved baxter paper best.

I love the new glossy Paper, and feel it will survive the test of time much better. When I pull out My old Comic's(that I've stored so carefully)...I can't help but notice how much They've faded.

Given how far printing and imaging technology has come, I don't think I could go back to newprint four colour comic books.
