Valiants problem is they dont really have name reconition. Do they still have the rights to Turok:DH? (Great n64 game,btw) Who knows though.

Yeah; and sadly it's the name that's the draw. They've got a few characters that you could make a decent flick out of, but I'd expect them to be drowned out by all the noise surrounding the bigger names.

Nope, the Gold Key characters are owned by Random House. They reverted back to Western after Valiant/Acclaim went belly up and Western was gobbled up by Random. They are currently being leased out to Dark Horse.
