My God that artwork is garbage...whoever drew that needs a serious anatomy lesson. Typical of so many today though...all style and no substance.

It is horrid art, and he looks like Risk from the much lamented Jurgens-era of Teen Titans. You know, the guy that Superboy-Prime dismembered in Infinite Crisis?

Humberto Ramos should stick to video game design or whatever the hell he's been doing for the past few years.

I never cared for his style or Joe Madieura's either...

^Me neither. Everyone kept telling me I was supposed to like it...but I just couldn't. I could appreciate that he did his style well, but I just didn't care for it. There were others who tried to ape him that DIDN'T do him well, and that was tons worse.

I always wondered how Bart Allen never tripped over his feet when Ramos drew him.

I love both Humberto Ramos and Joe Mad. In fact both of them were early influences for me when I was learning to draw seriously. It's not always about "perfect" anatomy. Sometimes it's about establishing a mood or emotion. Sometimes it's just for fun. It's not like Archie is perfect anatomy. Ramos's work on Impulse blew me away back in the day.
