Maybe its the rebooted John Stewart Lantern?? Idunno, looks like most of the reboot crappola.

He's got some kind of tattoo on his arm. DC came up with a new tattooed man, but that was in the other universe. I guess he is a member of the "third army" the guardians have been talking about in the comics. The costume takes some cues from the Alex Ross armored Green Lantern in "Justice."

I like the cover design, but I wish I liked more of the costumes.

So next September do they print issue # -1?
