Pretty sweet stuff.

I just discovered this was on Netflix, so I think, after watching the last five full seasons of Deep Space Nine in the last two months, I'm due for something else, something lighter.

The animation is crisp, slightly manga-ish but no more or less than original Thundercats, which I adore. Now, I've only seen the first two episodes introducing Iron Man and Thor, but not too bad. They are a little slow to build up to the team, but it's working for me so far. The voice actor for IM does a pretty good Downey. I'm very curious to see where this goes, so I'll watch a few of them tonight.

I'm also told it's necessary for me to watch Firefly. It's only 14 episodes, but I've been informed it's required viewing for someone with my rank of geekery and my love of Deep Space Nine.

I liked the Avengers cartoon. It does spend several episodes introducing each character. It is nice though to essentially give each their own show for a day.

I was told over and over by sci fi friends I MUST watch firefly. When I finally did I thought it was OK but i didn't even feel the need to finish the series and skipped to the movie. It was just OK. (Though I think I am in a minority here)

The avengers toon is awesome !
My kids and I have been in high Avengers mode due to the film and this show compliments it really well.
Great stories keep you wanting to start the next episode right away.

Earth's Mightiest Heroes indeed! This is Marvel's best animated show for sure! And it beats those 2 Ultimate Avengers movie bloody. Season 1 was jaw-droppingly awesome, but Season 2 has managed to blow it out of the water. But be sure to finish watching Season 1 episodes first, or you may not get certain references or follow-up stories.

I really enjoyed last weeks eppy of the animated AVENGERS because it was great to see Beta Ray Bill come to "life" even if was only an animated life! I really do hope that they do a live version of both BRB and Surtur!!!

Firefly is great TV. definately watch the series and then the movie Serenity as it ties up a lot of the loose ends left off by the abrupt cancellation of the show
i diog the avengers cartoon as well, it's well written and fun to watch

Actually, season 2 is a horrible let down. Avengers has been cancelled anyway and there won't be a third season...thank god.
