New DKR TV spots

When it comes to Batman on film, there's only BATMAN-ON-FILM.COM! Definitive. Authoritative. Respected. The ORIGINAL.

The first spot in particular has some humor in it, making it seem quite a bit lighter than any of the trailers we've seen.

One wonders if Warners isn't responding a bit to the fun nature of the Avengers. Nolan's Batman movies have had some very funny moments in amongst the overal somber experience.

Either way, it all looks good, and I'm getting more and more excited for this!

I watched these earlier over on AICN, fellow Chris, and wondered the same thing regarding the greater emphasis on humour/lighter notes and whether or not not DC/WB's marketing department might not've taken at least a frw hints from THE AVENGERS campaign. It's starting to look better to me, but I still don't dig Anne Hathaway as Catwoman and I don't think Bane was a good choice for a big-screen villain considering Batman's extensive rogues' gallery to choose from....
