I really like Telly Savalas as Kingpin...would've been a nice departure from Kojak also. He probably would have loved it.
I don't see Tim Curry as manly enough to play Kraven. Bradford Dillman would have been perfect, IMO.

They did have one Super Villain.

The King Pin was the bad guy in Trial of the Incredible Hulk.

Yeah, and Rex Smith plays Matt Murdock/Daredevil. Also, in The Incredible Hulk Returns, Thor was played by Eric Allan Kramer and Dr. Donald Blake by Steve Levitt. In this version Blake does not become Thor, who is a separate character. By holding Thor's hammer Mjolnir and shouting "Odin!" Blake can summon Thor to help him.

Nice Bill! Len Lesser definitely had the face for the vulture. Oddly enough he is one of the bandits killed in by "The Outlaw Josey Wales" when Clint utters his famous line "Buzzards gotta eat just the same as worms".

Don Knotts as Foswell/The Big Man is of course a no-brainer. He looked just like him (plus a mustache).

I'm thinking for 70's TV going lo-tech for Spider-Man how about Tim Curry as Kraven the Hunter? Weapons and traps, no special efffects.

Actually (and this is by no means a slight to MIB41), I think Curry would've been the one to pull off Norman Osborn/The Green Goblin just because he's got that elastic sort of face and personality that would lend itself to Norman Osborn's particular psychoses....
