Best Thanos story lines?

What do you think? The character really was run into the ground a bit in the nineties, but he was a MU wide big bad during that time.

Marvel really tried to push him as their answer to Darkseid. To me that ^ and Infinity Gauntlet are his best stories. Everything else was all rehash...
