The Avengers have gotten Universal Acclaim - "Marvel's best movie!" - *No spoilers*

According to First Twitter Reviews....| NextMovie

So far the reviews have been perfect, with everybody saying "[The Avengers] delivers on all points!". The (majority) highlights are, the humor, Ruffalo's Hulk, and the third act. Since the world premere is only 3 more weeks away (but I'm going to the Marvel Moviethon on the 3rd)....I can wait, but I might go crazy. Although the TV Spots and clips might (and will) keep me content. Just keep 'em coming!

Edit: Great, it should be has not have. Now I sound illiterate.

I was able to catch the early screening yesterday morning. Not to give out anything, but Joss Whedon did one of the best dialogue jobs ever.

            *SPOILER!!*

All I can say is be sure to stay through the credits for the character reveal. It's pretty evident we will see the return of something originally see it in Odin's vault.

I believe I know of that of which you speak and I have a feeling it's gonna have comics fan doing freaking cartwheels in the aisles, depending, of course, on how well they pulled, or will pull, a certain character off...

It's the Infinity Gauntlet right? I read in an interview that "Odin runs the Marvel Universe. It was Odin who hid away the Cosmic Cube in Captain America: The First Avenger, and the Infinity Gauntlet in The Avengers." Did I just spoil it for myself? 'Cause that would suck big time.

I apologize. I should not have stirred the Hornet's nest (spoiler: he's not in this movie, though). If anyone wants to know what happens in the movie, PM me.

                    *LAST SPOILER!!*

This is a Joss Whedon movie... bring tissues. Enough to share.

I just meant that if you clicked on this thread, you wouldn't get spoiled. Spoilers are okay, just put *Spoilers* and everything will be Punky Brewster.

Hmm..."He." I still have no idea. Better to be surprised though.

Hornet was originally a bad guy in the old late 70's Spider-Woman series. Lately during the "Spider-Clones" storyline, Parker donned the costume when he was accused of murder. I think someone else is wearing the costume now, but I haven't been keeping up with the story.

I only know him from Astonishing X-Men but I'm bringing 4 portable packs of tissues anyway!
"Buffy", "Firefly", and "Serenity". Watch those and you will understand.
