I remember how Seinkiewicz was a Neal Adams clone and then all of a sudden had a surrealist acid-trip style that just wasn't my cup of tea for comics.Comment

Bill's style realy never clicked with me, a little too out there. Simon Bisley was close but was a better storyteller.
Aparo was a terrific artist, maybe one of the ten to twelve best ever. Great stuff. I'll have to check out this book.I almost had a psychic girlfriend but she dumped me before we met.

Aparo and Curt Swan are perhaps two of the most under-appreciated artists. I think a lot of that is because they didn't work for Marvel in the 60s-80s.Comment

Bill Seinkiewicz funnily enough had his share of clones, that like the generation of Neal Adams clones, would branch out and eventually find their own styles... Off the top of my head, Dave Mckean, Kyle Baker, the aforementioned Bisley. Although they were also influenced by the guys that really made an impact of Seinkiewicz from the cutting edge illustration world... Ralph Steadman and Barron Storry.Comment

Other than Art Adams, no one else was really able to capture the character of Warlock. Demon Bear saga was definitely a game changer, and really avid the way for brilliant stuff like Love and War and Elektra Assasin.
