I've digging through my library/laundry room and found a few items that I thought I'd share. These are from my video and toy dealer days (translation my starving years) and they mostly remind me of a time when I was truly needed to get my act together:

This was drawn for me by Peter Grau, for free. He was a nice guy and we were at a comic show that I think had around 4 attendees. The only thing I sold was a treasury edition to a very bored William Messner Loebs.

This is something I'll never sell, Adam Hughes drew one of my favourite characters shaking hands with Atlas, a character I created. I at one point, aspired to be Jack Kirby. Looking back, I'm really sorry I even showed my sketchbook to Hughes for reference, I'm just not very good. Wow, he nailed him though.
This was also done pro bono, Adam was a really nice person and I truly enjoyed meeting him.
I have more, just need to dig them out.
