"Super Series Action Model Figure." There's probably more than one, and Supes would be a natural. There's a pic of the back of the box on the auction.... I bet they made those other characters too.

Not from the 60s obviously, but the artwork showing the characters came from the Super Hero Dictionary (which was culled from many sources, of course). And of course you get a Neal Adams redraw on the box.

Adams redraw the image for that tabloid comic, but it originally came (with a slightly different pose) from Batman #251, "The Joker's Five-Way Revenge".

Either way, THAT'S Batman.

That has to be one of the earliest (if not THE earliest) figurines of GL. I thought Super Powers was first, but this probably came before.

That Aquaman is rather nice, in a cutesy way.

I keep hoping that Moebius, who reissues kits and recently added a new retro-style Green Lantern kit, might do Aquaman or reissue the awesome Aurora Penguin kit.

I love that they are doing retro style add on like Green Lantern. It looks like it would fit in with the classic DC hobby kits. There is even retro style packaging!
