The first one is indeed Garcia Lopez. The Super Friends one is Kurt Schaffenberger.

I wish they would bring Superfriends back (just slightly updated with more mature stories) even with JL/JLU I long for it.

After looking through the stuff this guy/company has up for auction, I think it would be neat for Marvel and/or DC to put together a collection of all or as many of the pin-up pages each company printed in the 60s and 70s. I know Marvel probably did many more of them in the 60s in their annuals but it would be cool if some of those really cool pin-ups by Kirby,Ditko Adams, Swan, Buscema among others and even the licensing art of Lopez could be seen together in a collection.

Although by 1982, Garcia Lopez (usually inked by Dick Giordano) did most of DC's style guide artwork, Schaffenberger did quite a bit too. The images of Batman and Wonder Woman that appeared on their Pez packaging for almost 20 years was by him. A Schaffenberger image was used on the front of the Super Powers newsletter you received for joining the SP club by sending in figure proofs-of-purchase.

Eduardo Barretto, Alex Sauviak and Keith Giffen did SP-related artwork too, among others.

Those style guides always go for crazy amounts of money. DC should really release those commercially as coffee-table books.
