Live Action take on 60s Spider-Man toon

This is all kinds of awesome, especially when you factor in that it's 23 years old.

That is crazy. Someone had a good idea and just wouldn't let it go until it came true. The way they aped the movement of the characters from the cartoon is perfect.

That made my lunch break. I noticed at the end it was "Made possible by a grant from Columbia Pictures". Wallopin' Irony!!!

Thanks for sharing! That show is still the heart and soul of Spidey to me.

Damn!! The more I watch it, the more I want to KEEP watching it! It is so freakin' spot on perfect! One can only hope that big time Hollywood can make Spidey shooting his webs look as convincing as this guy did on what was likely a shoestring budget. OF course, having the old web-shooter sound accompany the visual only added to the effect, but it was still great! Plus t was great to see Spidey landing in some of his classic poses, something, sadly, Maguire (or the stunt doubles) never did.

After I watched the video for the third time, I clicked over and watched the making of the suit for SPIDER-MAN 2 and it made realize just how much I'm gonna miss seeing THAT suit on the big screen come summertime, 'cause the new one sucks balls....!!

What an AMAZING fan made film! I love the way they mimic the animation AND lighting from the series. Wish they would have done one with the Goblin. It definitely deserved a sequel!
