Agreed. The Hulk, at least as I know him (he could be completely different now), is fueled by the amount of rage that drives him, henceforth the statement: the angrier he gets, the stronger he gets.
Human rage is a well likely almost as deep as any other emotion, so, technically speaking, unless The Hulk is up against someone like The Silver Surfer (who is not human and whose power is a portion Galactus'), The Hulk is likely gonna come out the winner.sigpic Oh then, what's this? I agree. Hulk isnt as fast as the surfer either also The Hulk couldnt handle those with strong magical abilities.
