CBM is back!!!!! (Comic Book Marketplace)

Wow! Wow! Wow! 2011 saw the return of my beloved Winnipeg Jets and this year sees the return of CBM!!!!

    http://comicpics.ning.com/forum/topi...tplace-returns

'Back Issue' and 'Alter Ego' are swell comic history mags, but CBM was the, the, the best. When it left a couple of years ago it left huge hole in my reading repertoire (as well as many of yours too, I am sure) and I just hope the resurrected version compares.

    Fingers crossed...

The article says it returned March 2, 2011. Looks like you missed a few issues.

I really enjoyed CBM, but not worrying much about the value of comics, I didn't care for the articles on scarcity and current market value, etc. Still, it's good to know it's back.

Ok, this is very confusing. The article I meant to include in my posting was this one: http://scoop.diamondgalleries.com/pu...=259&ai=116634 which pens the return date as May 5, 2012.

Even more confusing is that it says "Overstreet's Comic Book Marketplace" as a title, as Overstreet had no association with the original. Well, as they all are/were part of Gemstone I guess maybe they want to increase circulation numbers by branding it as "Overstreet"?

Has anyone seen that March 2011 issue? Does it hold up to its original legacy?
