Outside of Lynda Carter, nobody was born to play the role any more than Jamie Alexander from Thor. I've rarely seen anyone who was just completely made for a character. IF you take on WW seriously with an amazonian/warrior edge, if she's kicking the crap out of stuff and you remove all campiness, I don't see how you go wrong with a major motion picture. Think about the mass merchandise potential and think about the shot in the arm the comic industry would get with a new, female audience.
All of the costumes I've seen recently for the pilots are attrocious and look like above average cosplay stuff. I'm even less impressed with the actresses they have attempted.I almost had a psychic girlfriend but she dumped me before we met.
If anyone here believes in psychokinesis, please raise my hand.Comment

The stars added to the W/Eagle and the belt really make it look cheap, like an over-designed action figure. Other than that, the costumes are okay.

Jamie Alexander WOULD make an amazing WONDER WOMAN!!! I didn't think about that until it was mentioned here!!! Why oh why can't the STUDIOS see what WE see when we see these characters? Erica Durance would also make a fine WW (and fills the costume out waaaaaay better than the chick who was going to be in the show did). And, go ahead and give me grief on this if you wanna, but I think Angie Harmon would STILL make a really good Wonder WOMAN (emphasis on WOMAN because she's older than most of the newbies they seems to want to cast in superhero/superheroine roles these days....)sigpic Oh then, what's this?
