A friend of mine is looking for a taker on this Spawn animated series cell signed by Todd McFarlane. She worked at the studio that did the animation for it. Let me know if you're interested in making an offer. Not sure what it's worth.

It is 3 layers . Painted background, then black line detail for BG and then Spawn.

thats a pretty cool image. i know nothing about cell art though. good luck with it. what i personally would like would be a cell of the superfriends lined up from hanna-barbara
