So is anyone hooked on the New DCU 52?

Has any title grabbed your interest moreso than what was coming out in the old DCU?

I'm still getting Teen Titans , but i don't care for the direction it's heading for.Maybe after i pick up issue 3.

Really good question, because when I think about the majority of the DCnU titles that I'm buying there titles that were unaffected by the soft boot. The only change to Green Lantern is that Mahnke has to draw those idiotic Jim Lee shoulder things. Batman & Robin is now Bruce & Damien Wayne instead of Dick & Damien. I like the dynamic of Bruce trying to be a father. Aquaman feels like a continuation of the foundation layed in Brightest Day.
I am quite fond of OMAC, Swamp Thing & Animal Man. However, I don't know if these titles are strong enough to keep a long run going.

Not really, only getting OMAC and Frankenstein. Tried Action and thought it was pretty bland for a Morrison story. I may get DCU Presents when the Challs start.

Still sticking with JL, Action and Superman for the moment.

Will give them a few more issues and then decide whether to keep buying.

Poor Carter. As much as I like Hawkman, Savage Hawkman was one of the books that I wouldn't go near. I was very disappointed with the changes made to the character during Brightest Day. Johns and Robinson did a fine job cleaning up the character and placing him in an interesting setting. Really enjoyed the past lives stories. A lot of wasted potential with that character.

I'm enjoying OMAC and Frankenstien, too. And, you're right about Action. It's very tame for a Morrison book. However, the book reads like OTR and I've always enjoyed the radio show.

They should have rebooted right back to that point when Johns left the book...

I started with quite a few titles and I'm dropping most this month.

Not really liking the Bat titles except for Batgirl. Don't care for all the face cutting (this is Batman not Saw) or the super steroid Arkham residents. I was on the fence on continuing Dark Knight and when I saw this month's cover dropping it became much easier. An evil playboy bunny? You've got to be kiddin' me. I'm done.

I think I'm going to be down to Batgirl, Justice League and Wonder Woman.
You are a bold and courageous person, afraid of nothing. High on a hill top near your home, there stands a dilapidated old mansion. Some say the place is haunted, but you don't believe in such myths. One dark and stormy night, a light appears in the topmost window in the tower of the old house. You decide to investigate... and you never return...

Lovin' Justice League...started off kinda slow, but really picked up in issue #3! I'm glad Darkseid is the villain!

Aside from the non-changed green Lantern titles, I'm only picking up All-Star Western (Jonah Hex), Batwoman (lovely art), & Birds of Prey.
Batgirl I had hopes for, but they've turned the formerly strong & smart Oracle into a whiney baby. Really sad turn there.

Saw the previews and it did nothing for me at all. Didn't preorder/buy a single one, and I'm ever so relieved at it based on everything I've seen so far. The weird part is how much I don't miss it given how much I thought I would.

Basically, the titles that appealed to me prior to the relaunch still appeal to me — Superman, Green Lantern, Batman, Aquaman, Justice League, Wonder Woman and Flash. Finch's Batman title's weak, but the others I like. Batgirl stands out to me as does Superman as being very likable, but nothing really new. I'm going to buy Batwoman as a trade or hardback.

I like that DC decided to add some horror-type books to the line as well as trying military, western and some sci-fi. While some of the material was solid — Swampy, Animal Man, Frankenstein — they just aren't in my wheelhouse at the current price point of comics.

I've always read comics for super heroes. Prefer sci-fi in prose and horror and westerns, war stories on film. But I'm glad DC's attempting reach readers of all kids.

If they could get the price point down to $1 or $1.50 (print or digital) I would likely buy more. But, those days are long past. As it is, I'd rather buy Archives and Masterworks.

I picked up Justice League #1. It's awesome! I think it's cool how they're making Darkseid the main villain. To quote Green Lantern: "Dark Side? What is that? A band?" I laughed so hard at that! Still haven't bought #2 yet, where it seems that it'll be a Batman/Green Lantern vs. Superman three-way fight. Can't wait!

All though I'm very surprised and confused about how many cover varients there are. Lol.

"Hooked" might be strong but I am enjoying Batman, Superman, JL, JLI, Batgirl, Batman, Batman & Robin, Detective, Nightwing and Red Hood & The Outlaws quite a bit. On the "OK" side are Green Lantern, Birds of Prey, and Teen Titans.
