Is the Executioner in the Avengers Movie?

I've been watching the trailer quiet a few times and something in this scene has got attention...what do you think this is:



Could it be the Executioner's Axe? Would be kewl to see him and the Enchantress but it looks kinda small.

Is it a Kree/Skrull Weapon?

Freakin' thing is bothering me to no end...argh!!!

Don't go to bed disappointed. Executioner can still show up in Thor 2. Actually, that would be awesome.
