Man...I think this is going to be a bona fide blockbuster...I can easily picture well over $300 million domestically...at least...

Well, Iron Man is still the top money-maker of this grouping, and Downey the biggest star, so that's understandable. But it looks like Cap and Thor will get their due too. Esp. Cap, who is my favorite.

Mark Ruffalo is a perfect Banner...couldn't imagine it until I saw it (even if it was for a few seconds)...but...

My only gripe is Hawkeye...had the same reaction I had when I saw him in Thor...Meh...not thrilled. It doesn't help that he doesn't have any costume on at all...give me a mask at least.

...but...

The 4 main characters (Capt, Thor, Ironman, & Hulk) are spot on and awesome.

Just please DON'T make a 3D Version!!!

I think most fans wanted to see Hawkeye in his purple suit with H Mask. If Cap A can have that, why can't Hawkeye?

Yeah, that was a great line. This is the type of thing that has me personally excited about this movie, aside from the obvious fanboy movie wish come true action stuff.

Maybe in the Marvel movie-verse Stark gives one of his armors semi-intelligence to remote control it, and it evolves into Ultron! Or maybe Jarvis gets corrupted and becomes Ultron. Either way would be cool. The Vision could somehow emerge out of that mess, or Phieas T. Horton's synthezoid!!!

All jokes aside, this looks to be THE superhero film. It will seriously take WB five years or more to catch up to this level of comic moviemaking. I doubt their level of commitment and sincerity, so I don't see them ever creating an intertwined universe. They truly don't have anyone smart enough to coordinate such an undertaking.

Oh yeah, back to Avengers. Looks awsome. I'd love to see some nods to other potential team members like Black Panther, Vision(it will be Horton's dude), Quicksilver, Ms. Marvel and Giant Man. I don't care for Marvel's books anymore, but they have got the film genre monopolized.

I felt the same way. I'm not worried so much that the actor will do a bad job, but the outfit is X-men bland. They could throw us a mask and some purple touches.

If he was a little older, this guy would be a good choice:-)

Really loving this!!!!! Like some have said Hawkeye needs to be in some kind of "Hawkeye" costume. If there's an Avengers 2 (which is a probably already a go) they have , have, have to include the Vision! I know that would be jumping over other earlier members but when I see the Vision, I think Avengers!
