Captain America 1990 (?) MOD DVD Question

I just got this, have not yet watched it, but on the cover it has a burb stating that it's the "1992 re-release" edition. Does anyone know how it differs from the earlier VHS version? (It has been a while since I viewed the VHS and I may not spot what is different immediately). IMDB doesn't have info on a 1992 re-release version.

Interesting. 1992 was the year the movie was finally released direct to video and to cable TV, two years after it was supposed to be released theatrically, but wasn't.
I didn't know there had ever been any kind of "re-release".

But Albert Pyun recently released a director's cut with almost 30 minutes of extra footage, which I keep meaning to buy.
