I still think of Black Cat as partially nutso, with her love of Spidey and dislike of Peter. So MJ all the way! Besides, shes the JACKPOT!!!

I like MJ in her original incarnation (like the first time she and Pete kissed in the airport a loooooong time ago) before the model/actress/prima donna version of her came along; that's the MJ Peter Parker needs. SPIDER-MAN, on the other hand, needs The Black Cat, despite her mental instability (unless, of course, that's been retconned out of her) because she's more of HIS peer and is able to identify with te lifestyle he (Spidey) lives. Plus, Felicia Hardy can rock out skintight black whatever it is she's wearing or looks equally in good in stuff life, oh, this....

Or Pete/Spidey could just be a really lucky bastitch and wind up with a three-way...

Either way, you can't feel too sorry for the guy...!
sigpic Oh then, what's this? Big flashy lighty thing, that's what brought me here! Big flashy lighty things have got me written all over them. Not actually. But give me time. And a crayon.

The MJ romance is classic, but I have to admit that back in the eighties, the Black Cat relationship was a rather unusual twist we hadn't really seen too much of. She loved Spiderman, but couldn't stand Peter.

Plus Mark Beachum was either penciling or inkling Black cat in a way that made my very young self very much... Um .. Aware.

I'm more of a Black Cat kind of guy but in the Spidey-verse she always been more a "friends with benefitd" type.

Gotta go with Mary Jane. She was always my favorite of all of the women in Spidey's life, and I dug the marriage.
"It's sad that governments are chiefed by the double tongues. There is iron in your words of death for all Comanche to see, and so there is iron in your words of life. No signed paper can hold the iron. It must come from men. The words of Ten Bears carries the same iron of life and death. It is good that warriors such as we meet in the struggle of life... or death. It shall be life."

I admire Ed Benes' craftmanship, but where in the world are those women's nipples? That just ain't right.

Mark was penciler......that's around the time I met him when he was dating a friend of mine...and living in New York. I got to know him very well and he became a mentor we still keep in contact. Mark is more a photographer these days but still can draw some incredible wicked images...like no one's business

Perhaps the room was simply too warm for their soldiers to be standing at attention...

Excellent! A solution to Pete's problem! A red-headed Black Cat would rock!!!
