The first one is a classic. You can tell that Neal Adams snuck in and redrew some things here and there (including elements of the cover). Some of the artwork was lifted for Mego packaging and Colorforms. The Jimmy Olsen pieces in the 70s Superman Colorforms set is based on Peter Parker from this book! Same ugly sweater and all.
