Yup Superman should look muscled not like a steroid freek bodybuilder.......

I think what has hurt Superman theatrically has been the same tired story over and over again. If Batman only fought the Joker, no one would care about those films either. Rebooting Superman means you've got to let Lex Luthor go for a spell. Does Superman have no one else to fight? I think story and new villains are the real key here.

That's always been a prob you see in the Golden age Superman was about fighting everyday crime helping the everyday joe. Luthor is not a bad choice except they keep harping on the movie version real estate hording Luthor.

I like what was done in the comics, The Mad scientist and the billionare Luthor why they can't make a hybrid of Luthors Madscientist Billionare for the movies leaves me baffled.....

Braniac would be so easy and Darkseid would add an epic element to Superman.....

I totally dislike Doomsday I thought that was just plain stupid idea.....

He'd look like the VERY original Superman; the "dangle you from a building or kick you into the ocean" one.

Well.... every character has his evil opposite. Problem with Doomsday is that; as a bad guy, you can't do much with him other than use him for a punching bag.

Personally I think leaving him in his original outfit would keep him unique since no other studio is doing that with their heroes.

Every generation reinvents Superman and that's fine ... only prob is this generation has no taste or imagination.
