That's Al Rio, best known for being a J Scott Campbell clone in the 90's, even taking over Gen 13 with little discernible difference. He mostly just does commission pieces these days.
What I dig most about this is the Lynda Carter spin.Comment

If I were Rich ..., I'd send DC Comics HQ's This Image 500 times a day until they changed it Back .
BTW ... I don't think his Clone Work of Campbell's work was as dead on as you think ... in the 90's I dropped the book when Campbell left ..., I wasn't a fan then.... The Original Knight ..., Often Imitated, However Never Duplicated. The 1st Knight in Customs.

You're a bigger old school Image comics fan than I, so no doubt you are right. It all just kind of looked the same to me (I liked J Scott Campbell's art, but he was never really paired with any good writers). Rio was certainly the best out of all the clones... which IIRC included Pat Lee who's stuff back then was simply atrocious.

There is ample evidence out there that a great deal of his Transformers stuff was actually drawn by ghost artists who came out of the woodwork when Dreamwave went bankrupt without paying anyone. While Lee was still tooling around town (regrettably, my home town) in his porsche or course. He then fled to Hong Kong.
