      We should just acknowledge the successful Marvel franchise that kick it all off for them and probably one of the least known characters in the Marvel universe at that time, Blade!

        True, but besides the missteps with The Hulk, they've all been B,C or D-listers....Whereas in DC's corner for example, they've had various Wonder Woman proposals and options for the last 20 years now...And still nothing has come of it..

        Superman's big screen flicks really boil down to Superman:The Movie and Superman II (which were released 30+ years ago)...everything else has been lackluster and hasn't carried the torch like they were supposed to (III, IV and Returns)...If anything, Superman has done better on the small screen in the last 25 years.
