Agreed. Sometimes non-traditional casting works. Although I didn't care much for Daredevil movie, I thought Michael Clark Duncan worked as Kingpin.

Cool casting manuever. Fishburne is an interesting choice for Perry, though anyone over fifty could play him. Had they gone this route, Fishburne would have made a badass Braniac, the Geoff Johns version anyway. So we've got Costner, Crowe and Fishburne. That's a strange mix that may work.

I could totally see Fishburne as the latest incarnation of Brainiac.

Guys, I know you are joking, but some of those comments above are a bit bothersome.

My thoughts on all of this stunt casting is that they are getting all of these big names for the movie, but really, how much screen time does Perry White get or Martha Kent, etc. It sounds a bit to me like they are getting all of these big names to try and gravitate people to the theater.
