but the rest looks great. I must admit I was a little iffy on the First Avenger suit, but it really works well in action, and makes sense for that film.

Exactly....when I was watching the Movie it just totally works. I never once thought that the Mask isn't perfect, or I wish the wings weren't painted on....I just sat back and enjoyed the movie.
