Well, Mazzucheli used Peck as his model for Bruce in Year One, and Alex Ross followed suit for Peck as old Bruce Wayne in Kingdom Come. So hey why not.
Peck's Atticus Finch sure looked a lot like Clark Kent. A fact not lost on the 90s Superman team, who made "To Kill a Mockingbird" Supes' favortie movie/book.

I saw that hoax...but hey ...wouldn't Rathbone as the Joker just have been sensationalENGLISH AND DAMN PROUD OF IT

Those are definitely Peck's eyes, and the grey tracksuit there is very "The Man in the Gray Flannel Suit". And wow, Errol Flynn as batman would have been hilarious. Can you imagine a cross between batman and a swashbuckler? Too good!Comment

I've heard similar stories floating around about a Justice League movie that was rumored to be in preproduction in the early sixties. Cant recall any of the casting rumors, but it was to have featured Superman, Batman, Robin, Aquaman, and Wonder Woman.....If I'm not mistaken, I think this rumor was brought up/started on a letters page for one of the DC books in the eighties?
