    SKAAR King of the SavageLand }

    Anyone Else reading ?

SKAAR is about my Favorite New Character of the Marvel Universe of recent Years.... Well, next to Ares, and look how Marvel ****-poorly handled that character.

SKAAR is Awesome. The Dude has the Power of Hulk, but all trapped in a 10 year Old ( or so's) Mind ... which makes him, brass, and quick to act without thinking.

I'm only 2 issues in ..., I don't have #3 yet... but so far it's a good read. I think the SavageLand is a good place for him.

    It's only a 5 issue run.
It will probably be collected in a Trade by the end of the year.
I don't read Any Marvel right now , but this Book, and The book Called " Carnage". I'd like to get caught back up on Hulk, but haven't yet.

Just thought I'd throw this out there .

Dude punched a T-Rex. How cool is that? That does look good. I'll wait for the trade, but it's definitely on my radar.
I almost had a psychic girlfriend but she dumped me before we met.

If anyone here believes in psychokinesis, please raise my hand.

maybe I should be reading this.

one of my favorite characters/series is Impulse.....All the power of the Flash but trapped in the body/mind of a 14 year old.......which makes him, brash, and quick to act without thinking.

I'm also a huge fan of Kamandi, which is a very similar concept.

Not much of a Marvel fan, but this might be worth checking out.
Looking for Green Arrow accessories, Doctor Who Sonic Screwdriver, and Japanese Popy Megos (Battle Cossack and France, Battle of the Planets, Kamen Rider, Ultraman) and World Heroes figures

The 3to5 pages with the T-Rex..., is Awesome to say the least... It's sorta amusing to know why he has the altercation with the T-Rex to begin with.

so he's basically the 70's Hulk? Really tired of spinoff/knockoff characters, all they do is water down the original.

I think Hulk plus Conan is a terrific no-brainer as high concepts go. The only complaint I had in the past is that the character always seemed stuck in part 18 of a 12 million part crossover whenever I have encountered him. Hopefully a stand-alone miniseries will allow the character to shine without all the convoluted baggage from Planet Hulk/WWHulk/WWHulks/Fall of the Hulks etc.

Funnily enough, my hardback of Realm of Kings featured a four part Son of Hulk miniseries, which I was hoping would be a standalone Skaar series. No such luck, apparently Skaar has a twin brother and that story really gave me no real reason to care about him.

Is this series written by Greg Pak?
