Okay then, for someone who doesn't have a Mr Rock or FF Tarzan, who ACTUALLY drew "Sam Simeon's" cartoon?

Bob Oskner drew the main strip but the "Sam Simeon" strip looks to me like it could be the work of Henry Boltinoff OR Sergio Aragones (the bandit and the smoke balloons look like his style)

That's his Mad Magazine version of Batman...He did earlier DC work that wasn't as obvious as being "Sergio Aragones"...
