I'm really getting into the classic team-up of Batman/Superman

It started w/ the radio shows I bought. And one that Jim sent me about a story of Bats and Supes solving a mystery of another Superman. And now I have some books w/ some of the World's Finest stories and classic team-ups. Even Robin and Jimmy Olsen (was that before or after the Teen Titans?).

Who else likes this combo?

Big fan of the World's Finest team. Ever since my parents bought me an old 80 page giant comic at a flea market when I was 5 years old. My introduction to the classic Dick Sprang Batman! And also reprinted their first official meeting, the first World's Finest team-up (where Batman poses as Superman), the Club of Heroes, and lots of other great stories.

If you are looking for a great comic that encapsulates the team-ups well, look for World's Finest #271. Roy Thomas writes that one, and he weaves all the various "origins" of the Superman/Batman team into one story, including the Superman radio show!

I'll offer that I am a HUGE fan of this teaming... and while it doesn't
get much better than THE WORLD'S FINEST, I'm also a fan of the
teamings that have "come close" to Supes/Bats over the years
on T.V. and in the comics which include Supes vs. Joker (minus Bats),
Supes/Bats/WW teamups, Batman/Spidey teamup, and Supes/Spidey
teamup.

The biggest characters are so developed that they can make for
great "pairing" stories more often than not.
