I totally remember this one from when I was a kid! Where did it original appear? Crazy or National Lampoon or similar? It seems a bit edgy for Mad or Cracked.

I definitely remember it from an issue of Crazy, although it apparently first appeared in a comic fanzine called Maelstrom in the early 70s.
