Most missing covers... Probably newsstand returns from back in the day?
My mom once bought me a huge bag of those for like a buck when I was a kid. Took me ages as an adult to go back and figure out what issues they were based on coversComment

I like older comics for the toy ads. Every now and then I run across a big lot of them and snatch them up.Enjoy what you like, and let others enjoy what they like. (C) Azrak 2009
Too much space. Need more toys!

I found an issue of "Picture Stories from the Bible" at a yard sale back in high school. I asked the old lady what she wanted for it, and she said "The price is on the cover". She meant the original quarter price!!! Needless to say I bought it. It was actually an All-American/DC printed-issue. When Max Gaines founded EC, he took that series with him. Odd considering what EC would soon be famous for!!!
I haven't had much luck at yard sales or flea markets since. Comics just aren't "common" enough to show up at such things I guess.

The most recent one I came across a few years ago was a garage sale where a guy had some great Bronze Age stuff but thought he was gonna put his kid through college with the prices he was charging. I left empty-handed...Think OUTSIDE the Box! For the BEST in Repro & Custom Packaging!Comment
