Stupid Characters no one else seems to like except you

I have to confess, Lagoon Boy always made much more sense to me than the original Aqualad. I mean what's not to like? A little superhero version of Universal Monster's Creature!

A fun, naive character obsessed with the surface world. I'm hoping Geoff Johns includes him in the new Aquaman cast.

Not a big Eric Larson fan, but he did right by creating this fella.

Does Jubilee count? When I was a kid I had a bit of a crush on her and thought she was cool and all my friends thought I was crazy. I don't read a lot of Marvel anymore but I just finished reading a 4 part series with her and Wolverine. It seems she's a vampire now? ugh...I still like the character. I hope they'll return her to her former glory.

            Hmmmm....

Since I suspect the debate will mostly be the Big Two and a Half, I'll go with:

            -Damage Control
            -Angel O'Day and Sam Simeon
-The Blue Blade (mostly for the expression)
            -Major Bummer

So instead, I'll choose Jerry Lewis (the comic book version).

Ridiculously underrated character. Dark Horse is reissuing this series in trade format. Hopefully fans of Arcudi and Mahnke's run on The Mask will pick this up over there (I'm really digging their Mask Omnibus, except for the fact that it doesn't contain the Walter Miniseries.)

Speaking of which, I felt like I was the only one running out every month to pick up each issue of a miniseries starring The Mask's arch-nemesis running for Mayor.

Kind of disappointed that Walter wasn't really in the movie.

I was gonna mention her, but over the years I've noticed a lot of folks actually like her.

Dan Jurgens recently revived her and Claw in his Time Masters/Vanishing Point mini-series...
