    Birthday Issue Comics

I just got a comic from the day...er month that I was born. Some people like to get a newspaper from there birth date, but I thought that it would be nice to have my favorite Super-Hero issued comic framed and placed on the wall.

This went down so well that I now have to get a Birthday Issue for all the members of my family...framed for the wall.

    My wife's

    1st Daughter

    2nd Daughter

    Don't think i'll bother with the dog's.

I've been wanting to collect March 1968 comics for a while, but I'm anal retentive enough to remember that newsstand comics are always postdated by several months, so the March cover dates were actually on sale in December or January.

That's true much asthe news that actually is printed on the newspaper that has your birthdate on is actually news that has happened prior to your birth...

                            "Ph'nglui mglw'nafh Cthulhu R'lyeh wgah'nagl fhtagn"

In the Southeast Pacific, lies the sunken city of R'Leyh. There lies C'thulhu waits to return to our world with the other Great Old Ones. A hideous creature of enormous size and alien power, it waits for it's time to return patiently. For it has all the time in the world while it waits for the stars.
